All new clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit of their appointment cost at the time of booking. This will only be asked the first time you book with us. Sadly this has had to be put in place in order to determin genuine bookings. If you fail to attend your appointment or are more than 15 minuets late without contacting us you will lose this deposit. Both groomers are self employed and this means if you make an appointment and fail to attend the groomer loses earnings. This also has an impact on waiting time for future appointments.
