Our new deposit system in now being implemented starting immediately. We have been left with no choice due to so many no shows and last minute cancellations. We ask you to take a little time to read the information so that you are aware when next booking in your fur baby.
- All appointments require a 50%
deposit. This is a rolling deposit and will contribute to all future appointments.
- All deposits, including rolling deposits, will be lost if you don't show up to your appointment or cancel your appointment with less that 24 hours notice.
- We can book appointments over the phone, Facebook or in the shop. However, deposits must be paid prior to appointment. If no deposit is made 42 hours before the appointment it will be lost and given to someone else. We are able to take card payments over the phone for your convenience.
- Same rules applies to all. No Exceptions.
