Cancelling an appointment.
At least 24hrs notice must be given, failure of this notice period being given this will result in a 50% charge being applied.
should you be running late for your appointment it would be expected that you call us to advise, giving that this will have a rumbled effect on the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may will be charged an additional £10 to your groom. If you are 30 minutes or more late you will NOT be taken and you will lose your deposit or be due to pay cancellation fee of 50% percent the grooming cost.
On arrival, you will be given an esstimated time to collect your dog. We will also call you with notice, if you dog is left with us more than 30 minutes after its collection time there will be a £10 late collection fee. This not only has an impact on staff having to supervise your dog but also ends your dogs grooming experience having to be crated for this timescale.
Second groomer charge.
Handling a difficult or aggresive dog which requires two groomers. £10-£20 charge.
Unfortunately, the above have had to be applied, as not only does this effect our business financially. It also effects the length of time clients have to wait for an appointment.
